Olney Care services Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide domiciliary care to enable all adults to live independently and remain in their own homes for as long as they are able to do so. Our Service is available to the elderly, who need support, anyone who maybe housebound due to frailty, or as a result of an illness or hospitalisation, adults with health problems such as Dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Adults with learning or mental health disabilities and for family carers in need of some relief. We provide services in all aspects of personal care, medication assistance, household services, plus an additional range of bespoke services for individual circumstances.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your care needs or the needs of a loved one on an informal basis. You can call us for a chat on the telephone or we would be happy to pop in to see you to explore your care requirements.
Planning for care can have a considerable impact on the household budget. If you receive a personal care allowance you will need to think carefully about the wisest way to spend it. We are always happy to discuss costs on an informal basis and in the strictest confidence.
The Direct Payments scheme is open to all individuals who require care and support services. If you are eligible for Direct Payments or currently receive Direct Payments you are free to choose your service provider and you may be eligible for

Complaints indicate a shortcoming in the service we provide; they give us an indication where we need to improve our quality of care.
All service users and their families will be given the information needed to enable them to complain or give us feedback on our service. They need do this in writing, by telephone or in person. We understand if they may not want to be indentified, especially if they are complaining on some one else’s behalf.
All complaints must be recorded and investigated, taking statements from all concerned. Following the investigation a written report should be made, appropriate action taken and a letter of response sent to the complainant if known.
